The secure case channel between law firms and their clients.
Take case work off email.
Everything you send reaches only the people on the case.
Built for firms and their clients
For the firm.
Attorneys and paralegals on active matters: what your client sends arrives already in the case file, not buried in one more inbox thread.
For the client.
If your law firm uses Kacti for your case: you see what you've sent, what's arrived, and what's still needed.
Three ways the case stays in order
No wrong-recipient slip.
In email, one wrong autocomplete pick sends privileged material out the door. Here, every case is its own private channel: what you send reaches the people on the case, and no one else.
Find anything, months in.
No more hunting through threads for the version somebody sent in March. Everything you and your client exchange lives in one place, so you find anything in seconds, months in.
We can't read it.
Encrypted before it leaves your device, unreadable to us, and gone from our side once it's delivered. Our AI assistant, when you use it, processes what you send it under a contract that forbids storing or reusing it.
How it works
- Open a case in the Kacti app. One for each matter: a private place for that case's messages and files.
- Invite your client. They get an email from you, install the app, and join the case. That's the only way in.
- Send to the case. You and your client send everything there instead of emailing each other.
- Filed as it arrives. The whole exchange builds up in a case file on your own computer, ready when you need it.
Talk to us
We're building Kacti with design partners: lawyers and paralegals shaping the product on their own active matters. If that sounds like a fit for how your firm works, we'd like to hear from you.
